Over a century ago, Kazymyr Malevych showed that the square is the simplest human-made geometric shape, while the ellipse is one of nature’s most fundamental forms. The Mingle chair unites these two worlds: a strict, square frame blends with a soft, elliptical seat and backrest, merging culture and nature into a single object.
With its precise proportions, thoughtful ergonomics, and armrests formed directly from the frame, the Twain chair excels at a dining or meeting table, desk, or dressing table. Its balanced form fits to a wide range of interior schemes while giving the space a distinct character.
Crafted through an extensive prototyping process, each chair reflects exceptional attention to detail. The Mingle chair is made to order and can be finished in a curated selection of metals, textiles and leathers, or in materials personally chosen by the client to complement the design.
